COVID-19 Response
Please note: this page is regularly updated and is current as of 24th Feb 2022.
We have created this page as a central place for all the information regarding Slinky Weekend Berlin, including how we are responding to COVID-19. This will enable us to have a healthy, safe and amazing Slinky Weekend of dance & connection!
In principle, entry is possible from:
- EU Member States
- Schengen associated countries: Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and Liechtenstein
- Other countries from which entry is permitted based on the epidemiological situation assessment by the EU More
Since December 23, 2021, there has been a general obligation to carry a COVID certificate with you when entering Germany. In addition, persons from the age of six must have proof of a test or proof of recovery or proof of vaccination when entering Germany. More
If the German government requires studios and hotels to close, our COVID refund guarantee will be implemented. You will be refunded for 100% of your payments made.
Slinky Weekend will go ahead as planned unless COVID-19 restrictions enforced by the German government prevent us from doing so (e.g. hotels and studios must close). Currently, studios, hotels, restaurants and transport are all open in Berlin, with strict hygiene and safety measures in place.
Given the ever-evolving circumstances, we have implemented a COVID-19 REFUND GUARANTEE. If the event cannot go ahead due to Berlin pole and hotels being closed, we will refund 100% of your payments made!
We will also provide a refund if you cannot attend due to quarantine requirements that were unforseen at the time of booking (e.g. if you would have to quarantine when you return home).
Jazzy K, Dirs Arnold and Sasha Meow are fully vaccinated and free to travel in the EU.
Tati and Huong are fully vaccinated and free to travel in the EU.
