Which nights do I have accommodation booked?

Accommodation is booked for you for Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday night. If you need an extra night of accommodation (e.g. Monday night), let us know and we can arrange it for you.

Are meals included in my package?

Yes! We want to keep you nourished so you can get the most out of your weekend. Breakfast will be taken at the hotel, and lunches will be arranged for you. Dinners are not included in your package, to allow you to explore all the delicious options in Berlin.

Do I need travel insurance?

It is compulsory to have health or travel insurance for this Retreat. You can purchase inexpensive insurance through a variety of providers, including online. If you are a resident of Europe, your normal health cover may apply.

Please send us a copy of your insurance certificate prior to the Retreat.

Do I need a visa?

Citizens from most countries do not need a visa prior to arrival. Please check the Embassy/Consulate in your country to check requirements.

What do I need to bring?

Everything for a weekend of pole and play! All your pole gear, including pole wear, at least two sets of heels, knee pads, grip aids. We also recommend a few sweat towels. We will have plasters, hydration salts, antiseptic and other first aid items. If you’re doing a photoshoot or two don’t forget to bring all your costumes and makeup!

What should I check out when I’m not doing workshops?

We will organise several social events during the Weekend, so you can get to know your pole sisters better and do a little exploring! We will also send you a Berlin guide in the Facebook Group, so be sure to check that, and post in the group if you’d like to organise a show etc and are looking for people to join you!

Will the pole workshops be split into levels?

Yes. We will create 3 workshop groups based on the level of experience in Exotic style. This will ensure you get the most out of your workshops.

Will I be able to communicate in English?

Yes. Workshops will be conducted in English, though Jazzy also speaks German. Tati, your co-host, is a native German speaker.

What currency should I bring?

The local currency is the Euro.

I’m vegetarian/vegan/gluten free. Will that be catered for in the meals?

Absolutely. We can accommodate all dietary requirements, you just need to let us know in advance so we can make sure we have lots of awesome options for you. Closer to your Retreat date, we will send you a survey so you can tell us your requirements.

Will I be able to book privates with my favourite instructors?

Where the schedule permits, yes, we would love for you to have the chance to work one on one with your favourite instructors! Our instructors are passionate and love to teach! We will have a limited number of private class spaces available, so please let us know who you would like to book a class with as soon as you decide.

I would love to do a photo shoot, how do I book this?

We will have a professional photographer and creative photoshoot options for you to choose from. Let us know if you’d like more information on the packages available.

How do I connect with other dancers on my Retreat?

About 4 months before your Retreat, we will create a Facebook group where you can meet the other girls on Retreat. We will also use the Facebook group as a way to communicate before and during the Retreat.
