what other dancers are saying:

Küssen
KüssenMember of Edgework Artistry 2
Honestly, the mentorship program was truly inspiring and well worth the cost in terms of the improvements I could see over the course of four weeks. My instructor, Tati, takes so much time to prepare for the class and the format with homework, combos, recordings from both far away and close up on the heels is so perfect for virtual learning. I highly recommend this program and anyone interested in edgework to try this mentorship as I’m a professional pole dancer and instructor and learned so much to take forward with me in my eternal pole journey.
Crystal
CrystalMember of Edgework Artistry 2
I loved the edgework artistry level 2 mentorship program, because it provides not only hands on instructions but also short clips and highlights of sequences and combos that are super easy for me to review and follow along! I feel like I’ve not only learned Tati’s way of edgework style but also feel enabled to make it my own, and incorporate it into my own practice
Helina
HelinaMember of Edgework Artistry 2
Highly recommend for anyone looking to learn or improve edgework skills, flow and grace. Tati's clear instructions help you understand edgework technique deeply and improve your musicality in dance. Tati can see areas where you may struggle and gives detailed feedback to help you master the moves. She is supportive, encouraging, and always responds to my questions.

What will i learn

Week 1: Shift & Drift

The essence of edge-craft lies in first exploring and dancing on all your edges.  Edgework is a complicated art form to master with precision, technique, awareness, control and beauty. This week you’ll learn new mesmerising edgework skills like skates, slides & drifts. You’ll drag, trace, slide weightlessly and smooth out new movement pathways.

Week 2: Edgy Twirling & Whirling

Unlock ambitious and fierce pirouettes, pivots & ankle rotations. In week 2 you will explore different variations of unusual heel shapes while you do pivots. Spice up your pirouettes journey including all parts of your shoes as well as build up the strength for single stiletto tip turns, inside edge rotations and learn to control the movements with speedy momentum.

Week 3: Floating Edgework

Stop gravity and explore weightless moves and transitions.

This week focuses on slinky & silky smooth transitions between the floor, low flow level & up into the air. Fascinating connections, mesmerising legs & slow, controlled combinations. Explore Edgework while floating around & up your pole.

Week 4: Slink on the Edges

In our final week together you’ll learn to develop, explore and achieve your own unique style of edgework. Find a deeper connection to your own unique style using guided exercises, prompts and more. Let’s talk about texture, stylisation & accents. Incoporate leg rotations, waves, spirals and lines. Let edgework flow and slink through your whole body. It’s time to take what you’ve learned over the past month to create your own Edgework Artistry!
