In “Mission Bendy Back”, a Flexibility Mentorship with Ruby Lai, we are giving 20 dancers the exclusive chance to work with Ruby over 6 weeks. Ruby will guide and support you through a structured program to improve your back and shoulder flexibility.
Ruby is one of our most loved instructors, and dancers rave about the progress they make in her workshops. We have worked with Ruby to develop a more intensive, 6-week mentorship, focused on developing both mobility and strength through active and passive flexibility techniques. Ruby has a wealth of experience as a flexibility coach, professional pole instructor and competitive pole dancer, and her passion is to support and mentor her students to become their bendiest, strongest selves.
In this exclusive 6-week Mentorship, you’ll enjoy a combination of small group Zoom workshops (one 90 minute workshop per week), including a recording of each class so you can keep working on the content. You’ll also receive personalised weekly feedback from Ruby, a peer messaging group & bonus tips and tasks to help you further improve your technique. We will help you document your before and after photos, to track and celebrate your progress. At the end of the mentorship, you’ll receive personalised feedback on your technique, strengths and areas to work on, to help you improve your backbends and upper body flexibility into the future.
The mentorship is for those who want to seriously improve their back and shoulder flexibility, and who value personalised guidance. This is for dancers of all flexibility levels. Work with Ruby to become bendier, fast, whatever your current flexibility level.
