Sensual seduction
Natalya Nightshade is a performer, instructor, producer, and owner of Studio Nightshade. She’s been pole dancing obsessively for 7.5 years with a focus on low flow, freestyle, and embodied movement. Natalya has brought her captivating style to both national and international stages, most recently winning First Old School + First Overall at Eden Pole Competition in London. She prides herself on being shamelessly authentic and breaks the mold of doing what is expected, unapologetically embracing her personal mantra, “Do Less”.
The professional slinker
The “Professional Slinker”, Sedusa, is a UK based poledancing seductress. Working as professional pole performer, instructor and stripper, she has graced stages across the UK, starring in the filthiest of line-ups, competitions, and on stage with worldwide stars. Sedusa is renown for her serpentine-like flows, deeply self-indulgent and erotic movement style and her unmistakable stage presence. Sedusa is passionate about helping others connect with their sensual movement in ways that are most authentic to them, when she isn’t working in the club.

What will you learn during the intensive? Over 9 hours of workshops, you’ll dive into all the tricks, tools & techniques to express and embody your sensual side. As well as learning new skills, Natalya & Sedusa will guide you to experience embodied movement, intention & presence, which will be a treat for body & soul.
Who is the intensive suitable for? Sensual Seduction Retreat is for you if feel confident in heels. This is not suitable for those who have never danced in heels.

You’ll do all your workshops in the morning, leaving you ample time to explore & socialise into the afternoons & evening, or consider staying a few days longer to really soak up the vibe.

Located in the heart of Berlin, your hotel is a 15-minute walk from Berlin’s tourist attractions & offers a gym, sauna and free Wifi. Take in the sights and sounds of Berlin from your spacious ensuite room.
When you arrive you’ll meet your hosts for the weekend! Once settled in, you’ll be invited to join your fellow dancers at one of our favourite restaurants for a welcome dinner to get excited about the weekend ahead!
