Terms & Conditions

Please consider carefully your decision to book a Retreat or Slinky Weekend with us. Placing a booking implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions.


Deposits are due upon booking to secure your place. Deposits for Retreats and Slinky Weekends are non-refundable. 


Your remaining balance is due 45 days before the event date. You will receive an invoice showing your remaining balance following booking. Failure to pay this balance will result in forfeiture of both your place at the event and your deposit.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation more than 45 days before your event:

  • Your deposit is held in credit and can be used on any online or offline Indi Pole event, product or service
  • Cancellation fee of €250 / USD$272 / AUD$375
  • Remaining balance refunded

Cancellation 45 days or less before your event:

  • Forfeiture of your deposit
  • Remaining balance refunded or held in credit

Pandemic Cancellation policy:

If any of the following occur and the event is canceled (or you cannot attend):

  • International border closure of the event country (Indonesia, Spain or Germany)
  • Pandemic-related closure of studios and hotels

If any of the above occur, a refund will be provided.  

We can not provide a refund if you are prevented from entering the country for failure to meet the entry requirements. It is important that you regularly check the requirements for each country & take responsibility for ensuring you meet them.

We reserve the right to cancel any Retreat or Slinky Weekend if a minimum of 10 bookings is not met. If we cancel an event all payments including deposits will be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel an event up to 45 days before the event.
