Please consider carefully your decision to book a live event with us. Placing a booking implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Deposits

Deposits are due upon booking to secure your place. Deposits are non-refundable. 

Payment terms

If you chose a payment plan at checkout please refer to the payment due dates confirmed in your email. If a payment is overdue by more than 14 days, your place on the event may be forfeited.

All payments must be completed 45 days before your Retreat starts. Failure to complete payments by 45 days before your Retreat will be considered a late cancelation and our Cancellation & Refunds policy will apply.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation 90 days or more before your event start date:

• Cancellation fee of €300 applies, taken from your deposit
• Remaining deposit after cancelation fee is held in credit and can be used on any online or offline Indi Pole event, product or service
• Any additional non-deposit payments refunded

Cancellation 30-89 days before your before your event start date:

• Cancellation fee of €500 applies, taken from your deposit
• Remaining deposit after cancelation fee is held in credit and can be used on any online or offline Indi Pole event, product or service
• Any additional non-deposit payments refunded

Cancellation 29 days or less before your before your event start date:

• Cancelation fee of €899 (equivalent to deposit) applies
• Any additional non-deposit payments refunded

No-show:

• If you do not attend your retreat, but did not give notice in writing of a cancelation prior to the start date, this is considered a no-show and all payments will be forfeited. 

Pandemic Cancellation policy

If any of the following occur and the event is canceled (or you cannot attend):

• International border closure of the event country
• Pandemic-related closure of studios and hotels

If any of the above occur, your deposit will be held in credit, and any remaining non-deposit payments refunded.

We can not provide a refund if you are prevented from entering the country for failure to meet the entry requirements or if you miss your flight or if your flight is canceled. It is important that you regularly check the requirements for each country & take responsibility for ensuring you meet them. We also recommend arriving 1-2 days before the event in case your flight is delayed or canceled.

We do not provide refunds if you’re unable to attend due to injury or for personal reasons. If this occurs, please let us know as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to cancel any event if a minimum of 10 bookings is not met. If we cancel an event all payments including deposits will be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel an event up to 60 days before the event

Gender and our Retreats:

Bali: our Bali Retreats (Solo package and Shared package) are for women and non-binary dancers only. Males may attend the Bali Retreats on a Workshop Only package.

Europe: our Europe Retreats are for all genders.
