FLOW FLUIDITY

Low Flow Class Jia Linh

This class is ideal for dancers who wish to explore low flow movements and fluid transitions to move seamlessly on the pole and floor. Each class will feature new pole sequences and basework tricks that we will connect into a short choreographed routine. Get ready to werk the base!

Level:  advanced beginners / intermediate, comfortable with static spins

BACK TO 2000s

Heel’Ography with Jazzy K

Hit me baby one more time, let’s go back to the 00s! In this class, you will learn a flowy and still sassy Heels Choreography in Jazzy’s style while going back in time. Every week you will experience a new song and a new choreo snippet. Let’s put that strong eyeliner and one colour eyeshadow on and have fun dancing.

Level: 6 months heels pole experience+, knowledge about basic turns, piriouettes & hand positions

Requirements: static Pole, shorts and/or leggings, platform heels, knee pads

FIERCELY TRICKS & TRANSITIONS

Heels Tricks Class with Daphne Lux

A fun dynamic class where we will be working on tricks combinations on the base of the pole or on the floor. At the end will be a freestyle section so students can try to incorporate their new tricks with musicality. No choreo will be taught in class, just tricks! Perfect for students who love mixing tricks with dancing. 

Level: intermediate & advanced

FLOW LIKE WATER

Spin Pole with Aurora

Learn the beautiful art of flowing effortlessly on a spin pole and moving like water. These classes are all about how you express your body, explore gracefulness, and float through transitions and unique shapes.

Level: Should be comfortable with multiple climbs, sits and spins on the spin pole. Inverts and leg-hangs are only necessary if the subtitle title says so.

COMMERCIAL HEEL’OGRAPHY

Heel’Ography with Gracie

Want to master the sexiness, attitude & technique of Commercial Heels?Join your instructor Gracie, for deep-dive into all the techniques and elements that you need to dance fast & flawless like a pro. Over the next weeks, work with Gracie to learn all the elements and techniques and put them together in a choreography.

Level:  advanced beginners / intermediate, comfortable with static spins

DANCING ON THE EDGES

Heels Class with Tati Blue

Learn a sequence and transition in the Edgework style. The main focus is to hold on to edgework and to use your heels in different ways. You will be  encouraged to dance the combinations to different types of music and will have the option to explore and evolve their style while discovering the heels edgework techniques. 

Level: 6 months heels pole experience+, knowledge about basic turns & hand positions

Equipment: static Pole, shorts and/or leggings,  platform heels (recommended 7-8″), knee pads

SWEAT & FLOW

Mobility Class with Clo

Get your daily shot of endorphins in “Sweat & Flow” – a challenging but mindful mobility class where we’ll use exercises from various disciplines to increase our mobility. This class will help you to get a better understanding of your body, & develop your stamina and mobility for pole dancing.

Level: all level

Equipment: yoga mat & blocks

SLINKY HEEL’OGRAPHY

Heels Class with Tati Blue 

Love technical heelwork, old-school pole dance vibes & have some experience dancing in heels? In this heels choreo class, you will explore the shapes & lines you can create using your heels. Every week we will slide, skate, drive & drag to a new song. We’ll break down everything, then put it together to the music and dance.

Level: 6 months heels pole experience+, knowledge about basic turns & hand positions

Equipment: static Pole, shorts and/or leggings,  platform heels (recommended 6-8″), knee pads

SENSUAL POLE 

Pole Dance Class with Clo

During this class we are going to dive into ways of enhancing our senses. We’re going to dance with progressions of movements, prompts and improv, in order to understand how to connect with our senses, and learn to incorporate movements and feelings into our natural way of dancing and expressing ourselves.

Level: all level, 6 months pole dance experience+

Requirements: Pole, knee pads

HEEL’BATICS

Heels Class with Tati Blue

Love acrobatic elements at the base of the pole? This class combines pole dance, basic acrobatic & gymnastic elements. You will work on a range of foundational acrobatic moves including variations of shoulder-, elbow-, & handstand, fish flop, cartwheel & more. We’ll use these moves on & around the pole.

Level: for dancers who can safely shoulder stand

Requirements: Pole, kneepads, shoulders covered, heels or socks

NEW ROADS: PATHWAY EXPLORATION

Heels Class with Syd Siren

In this eight-week 60min class, we will be working on exploring transitions and pathways through multiple mini choreos. Each week we will focus on a single skill set and learn multiple ways to enter and exit the same movements, eg: handstands, splits, legwaves, spins, etc. This is a great way to learn basic choreography skills and planning strategies for movements, challenge your own pathways, or simply try new ideas!

Level: from high beginner to high intermediate, 6 to 8 months of pole dance

Equipment: static Pole, Heels optional, kneepads

INTERMEDIATE POLE

Pole Trick Class with Clo

Perfect and improve your technique with this class. If you can invert from the floor, this is the class for you! This class will focus on intermediate pole techniques, tricks, and combos on static and spin pole.

Level: intermediate, inverting from the floor

HEELS LOW FLOW

Heels Class with Wes Marx

In this class, the focus is on developing some paths on low flow with the pole and heels. Slinky and dynamic transitions are on the menu and we can also experiment with different intentions of moving through them. Learn the secrets to making your heelwork look weightless, flowing & fluid. 

Level: 6 months heels pole experience+, knowledge about basic base work & basic floor work

Requirements: Pole, knee pads. It can also be done without heels (socks recommended).

HEELS FLOW

Heels Class with Indi

Are you a leg work lover? This class is all about sexy legs & stunning lines. We’ll incorporate variations on leg waves, floor-based leg work, leg swirls, fan kicks, illusion splits & more. Suitable for dancers who can fan kick & pirouette confidently in heels.

Level: 6 months heels pole experience+, knowledge about basic base work & basic floor work

Requirements: Pole, knee pads. It can also be done without heels (socks recommended).
