HEEL TECHNIQUE
We believe that to effectively teach pole dance in heels, it’s not sufficient to simply put the heels on and dance around the pole. To instruct your students in the art of dancing in heels, you must develop the skills and knowledge required to understand the technique of moving in these shoes.
ASSESSMENTS
Each week you will have an assignment or assessment, to keep you on track & accountable. Some will be conducted during class time, while others will be completed outside class.

This is an intensive 50 hr instructor certification program that will equip you with real skills and knowledge to become a leading heels instructor.
We’re offering 2 intensive program options:
• Online: Attend and complete the workshops and coursework online, allowing you to learn from anywhere at your own pace.
• Hybrid (In-Person): Complete the coursework online at your own pace, then join us for two immersive days (12 hours total) of in-person training at one of our selected locations. Receive hands-on guidance from our experienced Master Trainers.
The 50-hour program is spread over 3 months, including self-paced online learning, live intensive sessions, online practice sessions, and an exam. Whether you choose the in-person or online format, you’ll gain all the in-depth knowledge and practical skills needed to become a certified instructor.

The Low Flow Heels Instructor Training was designed by the industry’s best heels instructors to help elevate the quality of heels teaching in the pole industry. Our team has a combined 30 years of teaching experience, with extensive experience teaching classes, workshops, intensives & more, both online & offline. Our team consists of Indi, Tati, Jazzy K, Clo, and Larissa each with their own unique style and expertise. We pride ourselves on understanding the biomechanics of low-flow movement, & our passion is developing the best techniques to help students & instructors succeed.
Our passion is for helping dancers be the best they can be. We launched our industry-leading Instructor Training program in 2021 & have graduated more than 170 students since then.

Pre-requisite skills: This program is for dancers with experience in heels. You must be able to confidently & safely perform the following moves in heels:
- Strong, stable pirouettes on both sides
- Leg & body waves
- Slides
- Controlled transfer of weight over the front and side of the shoe platform (e.g. maintaining ankle control during a transition to the floor or a diamond turn on the floor)
- Holding your body weight with your arms (e.g. split grip, pull up, spin)
- Confidence in performing moves in combos & choreographies with smooth transitions between moves

FAQs
Our Low Flow Heels Instructor Training program is a 50-hour intensive instructor certification program. Whether you complete the program online or in person, the content and intensity remain the same. If you attend one of our in-person trainings, you’ll receive 12 hours of in-person training, with the remainder to be completed as online self-paced learning. Both formats require you to pass a final exam to become certified.
Payment plan options: you may choose between 2 OR 6 monthly instalments options
This program is designed by some of the pole industry’s best instructors! Tati Blue, Indi, Jazzy K, Clotilde, Larissa Kali. This program encapsulates everything we believe is critical to becoming an excellent heels pole instructor. We also engage other master trainers to deliver the program in select locations.
This program is not suitable for heels beginners. This certification is designed for experienced dancers who can confidently and safely perform a variety of foundational skills in heels. Please ensure that your current skill level matches the program’s requirements and assess your abilities before enrolling. You will be required to submit a video of you performing these skills for your instructors as part of the application process. Check the Application section and this Demo Video. You can teach anywhere! You’ll have the knowledge, skills & confidence of knowing you have been certified through the most comprehensive program available.
We recommend joining all the live sessions, but if you can’t join live, you’ll have access to the recordings to catch up.
No. If you choose the Hybrid Program with the in-person intensive, the investment does not include travel expenses, accommodation, or any food costs.
You will need access to a pole for the Online Intensive program.
For the Hybrid (in-person program), you will need to access to a pole for the practice sessions and the exam. The main learning will happen in the studio durring the intensive.
Yes, there will be a final teaching practice examination, which you can do live online, or as a video submission.
Once your course starts you will have access to all content for 6 months. You’ll also have your manual to download and keep, so you can revisit the content at any time.

We currently haveTeacher Training Scholarship for Diversity, created to address the lack of representation in the pole world. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for dancers from underrepresented groups to excel in pole dancing and teaching.
This scholarship is designed to empower individuals who identify as Black, Indigenous, people of color, LGBTIQ+, strippers, sex workers, individuals from low-income countries, and any other marginalized group.
Applications close on March 30, and we will select three candidates across our programs by the end of April. Selected students will have 75% of the fee covered.
