SCHOLARSHIP FOR DIVERSITY
We are pleased to announce the launch of our Teacher Training Scholarship for Diversity, aimed at addressing the lack of representation in the pole world. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for dancers from underrepresented groups to excel in the field of pole dancing and teaching. This scholarship aims to empower individuals who identify as Black, Indigenous, people of color, LGBTIQ+, strippers, sex workers, people from low-income countries* and any marginalized group.
If you don’t belong to any of the categories mentioned above but express your diversity in another way (e.g., physical disability) and believe that you would benefit from the scholarship, helping to represent and broaden the spectrum of humanity in the pole community, we wholeheartedly encourage you to apply.
*low income countries: please refer to this map . Everyone except those in dark green falls into this category.
What does the Scholarship offer?
We have 3 spots available in our 2025 Low Flow Heels Instructor Training programs, either online or in-person. Successful applicants will receive a 75% scholarship for the Teacher Training course. From The Heels Up Instructor Training Program is the bee’s knees! I feel very privileged to be a part of this program and to receive all the information and support from the Indi team. Learning from Jazzy has been amazing, and I have received many tools for improving my teaching. The program has also been challenging, and I have learned to think about things in a whole new way and to look at things from a different perspective. The feedback has been priceless! This has definitely been the best investment in my teaching.

Graduate of "From the Heels Up Instructor Training" Level 1
From the Heels Up is a certification like no other! The eight weeks of training are full of everything I adore about heels: anatomy, mechanics, momentum, and technique. The breadth and depth of the program allowed me to learn and own the material entirely, and the live and recorded evaluations and feedback from Jazzy and the Indi team allowed me to refine my teaching skills and truly embody the learning. The experience has been truly transformative for me as an instructor and a dancer on all levels.

Isabel
Graduate of "From the Heels Up Instructor Training" Level 1
This is the best investment regarding my dance practice I have made! I leave the programme feeling I received the best preparation there is. From covering extensive theory to practising the moves and instructing itself in-depth, everything showed the expertise and passion for sharing knowledge of the whole Indi team. As a result, I gained a new understanding of what makes a moving work and how to guide others in achieving their best results. This programme is worth every penny, providing material to work with for years.

I recently read a quote in a book full of inspiring words of „badass women“: „Don’t spend money, invest it in yourself.“ And this is exactly what this Instructor Training feels like.
I’ve never learnt so much in 8 weeks, but it didn’t feel like learning. So this Instructor Training really was an „Education-Heaven“. I also really enjoyed the exchange with other women and other heels instructors from all over the world. Hearing their experiences, struggles, and insights inspired me, standing just at the beginning of this exciting pole journey. Thanks to the Indi Pole Team and Jazzy, the atmosphere during the whole training was really warm, welcoming and amicable.
